Our policy is to ship on the business day following the date of your order (placed prior to 11:59 p.m. EST) at no additional cost. Your package may be expected within two business days after ship date. Please refer to the UPS tracking link on your Order Confirmation for the status of your delivery.

You may select Next Day delivery at a cost of $25.00 per box or Saturday delivery at a cost of $12.50 per box. Next Day Saturday deliveries cost $37.50 per box.

Rastelli Foods' shipping and handling procedures ensure that our great, "steak house" quality steaks and other premium meats that you enjoy at home will arrive to you in perfect condition.

Our fresh steaks and meats are individually vacuum packaged and flash frozen to preserve them at the point when they are the most tender and flavorful. Please note that a dark purplish-red color is typical of vacuum packed beef. Once exposed to oxygen, beef will turn from darker red to its natural bright red color.

If handled properly, there is no difference between frozen and fresh steaks. For best results, thaw under refrigeration for two days.

The steaks and meats are packed in an attractive gift box and "snugly" positioned in a custom molded, protective and recyclable insulated shipping container with five lbs. of dry ice. (1) For further protection, the insulated container is placed in a sturdy, recyclable corrugated box.

(1) Even though the dry ice may have completely evaporated at the time of arrival, the frozen environment has been maintained within the container. Note: do not handle any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Wear gloves or leave dry ice in the container until it completely evaporates.
